It is not required for the interviewer to sign up to conduct an interview. When an interview is set up for a job with a candidate, the interviewer gets an email with a link to review the interview details. On clicking the link, the interviewer gets access to the EasyHire.me platform. The invited interviewer can review the interview details, access the question bank and setup new interview questions for the interview.

At the time of the interview, the interviewer can just click the "Join Interview" to get on a live session with the candidate.
