Yes, you can change the email id of the account. But you need to authorize it before it becomes active. 


Go to top right corner and choose "Profile" from drop down menu list


Go to the profile page and change the email. 

You will get an email to the account that you changed to. Once you confirm the change, the new email will be active. 

You can login with the updated email account and (original) password to login to the account.
