EasyHire.me supports the technical assessment of candidates by adding programming questions. EasyHire.me includes a developer friendly coding editor that allows the candidates to write code in their choice of programming language.

You can create a set of text questions where you ask the candidate to execute code and use them for any type of interview:

on-demand interviews - where the candidate executes task and records video at the same time.

assessment interview - when the candidate execute the task without recording video

life interview - when you and the candidate meet at a pre-determined time and the candidate performs the task at the meeting, while being recorded.

It is possible to add questions that include code as part of the question. This would invoke the code-editor when the question is asked. In case of live interviews, it is possible for the interviewer and candidate to collaborate using the shared code-editor.

Here are few screens that highlight the technical assessment capabilities:

Click 'Add new question' button.

- Choose Text question type from the questions type icon

- Add the question text in the question input field

Now you can choose the programming language you need. A large number of modern programming languages are in our database. Therefore, you can easily find the one you need.

Also you can choose any additional options for you question. This will help to complicate or simplify the process of answering this question by a candidate

During the interview, the candidate will see the coding editor when this question shows up. The candidate can answer to the question and modify the code if required.

When the interview is submitted, the content in the coding editor is submitted along with the question.
