When you invite a candidate for a live interview for a job, the candidate gets an email with a link to signup / login to accept the interview. At the time of the interview, the candidate can click the "Join Interview" button to get into a video conference.
If the candidate does not get the invite email (either because the invite was sent to a wrong email or if the invite went to spam folder), then you can send the invite using your personal email. Click the drop-down in the "Join Interview" button and click the "Candidate's link" - the link to copied to your clipboard. This is a one-time use password-less link that allows the candidate to join the interview right away.
