There are 3 ways to share and collaborate using EasyShare feature.

Invite a team member to collaborate - used by the talent acquisition team (talent manager, hiring manager, interviewer) to share and collaborate on a candidate.

Share with an external team member to view the interview - used by recruiter to share a candidate's interview with the hiring manager

Share with stakeholders to view interviews, feedback, and rating - used by hiring manager to share with their superior or decision maker.
Inviting a team member to collaborate on the interview
A typical workflow would be that the hiring manager schedules on-demand interviews with multiple candidates. Once the candidates submit their interviews, the hiring manager invites other members of the team to provide their evaluation on the candidate.
In the Interview playback page, click at the plus (+) on the top left.
A pop-up window shows up - add the team members email and name and click the plus (+) icon.
An email is sent to the collaborator with the link to this playback page. The collaborator would view the interview recording and would be able to provide their evaluation. The collaborator would not be able to see the feedback and ratings provided by other members.
The collaborator would be to view the playback page by clicking at the GRADE INTERVIEW. The collaborator would be able to provide feedback and rating on individual questions and submit their scorecard on the overall performance. Note that the collaborator will not be able to see the feedback and ratings provided by other members.
Share with an external team member to view the interview
Interviews can be shared with external team members to view the interview recording. For example,the recruiter can share the interview recording of a candidate with the hiring manager to speed up the selection process. To share the interview, click the plus (+) icon in the interview playback page and slide the playback icon from red to green. Copy the EasyShare link and share it the playback url in an email.
Note that the playback icon will be available in this pop-up only when the job is published and not internal.
The job is marked as published or internal in the Job details page.

Share with stakeholders to view interviews, feedback, and rating
An interview report could be created by clicking at the Scorecard
An email is sent with the interview report attached as PDF. The interview report would contain a link to watch the interview recording, the questions asked and the feedback provided as well. This report is used to only view the feedback & rating. It does not provide the option to collaborate on the interview i.e. to submit the feedback or the evaluation rating.
