EasyHire provides the option of creating a public link to the job postings. The job link, also referred as EasyLink can be shared via job boards, social media campaigns, and emails. Candidates visiting the job page can click to take an on-demand interview immediately. The job owner would be notified by email (and slack channel) when candidates submit their interviews.
In the Job details page, go to the PUBLISHED tab and copy the link. Check the option "Add external interviews" is on.
A public EasyHire Job link is created that can be shared in social media.
Candidates visiting the job page would be able to submit a video interview by clicking the TAKE INTERVIEW icon.
The interviews submitted by the applicants can be viewed in the EasyHire portal in the Job page.
