- When Employer makes job status as Published, once approved, the job will be added to the EasyHire.me job board:

Employer can copy the jobs link and share it on social media or email it to candidates. Candidates will be able to apply to the job via the job board.
If Employer toggles “Allow External Interviews” and specifies a question set, Candidates will be able to take interviews directly from the job board page without having been explicitly invited. This is perfect for sharing on social media.
Such jobs are marked with the “Take Interview right now” tag.
- Also Employer can send direct link for interview to Candidate. Just copy Interview URL and send it to Candidate
