When an interview is sent to a candidate to take an on-demand interview, a default question set is included for the candidate to practice. This helps the candidate get familiarized with the EasyHire platform before taking the real interview.
However, you can change the default question to a custom question set that you have created. You can personalize the question set to include examples of questions that are similar to the actual interview questions.
To set a personalized question set, click on the Teams icon on the left panel to go to the Teams page and click on the Settings tab at the top.
Click on the Practice button to see all the question sets in a drop-down list. Choose a question set that you would like to send as practice question set from the list.
Note that the question set chosen as the practice question set would be used for all the job interviews.
