Design improvement for Job Board, new Email Template

- We listened to the requests of the candidates and changed the button Apply, to make Job Board interface more friendly
- Added new e-mail template for reject interviewed candidates. To edit this template go to Teams section, select Email templates tab and scroll down to "Rejection to interviewed candidate" template.
