Easyhire.me invites candidates to look at themselves through the eyes of the employer and take a Practice Interview. After practice, the Candidate can feel more comfortable during the recording and get acquainted with popular questions. Also, Candidates can share the record with future employers, colleagues or friends, and get their opinion.
In order for the candidate to have the opportunity to have a test interview the Manager must add the option to the subscription plan.
To add the option to the plan go to the Teams - Plan section and mark the checkbox "Free Practice Interview" in your plan block.
How to take a Practice Interview?
In case the Manager who invited the candidate for an interview has added the Practice Interview option, the candidate will see the "Do Practice Interview" box in the on-demand interview invitation.
After the candidate click on the "Take" button they will be redirected to their account and can take the Practice Interview
