HR may add pre-screen questions for candidates. Candidate must give the correct answer to the questions in order to Apply to Job Post. 

In order to set the option to Job Post, HR must perform the following steps:

  1. Create Job Post

    2. Go to Pre-screen tab 

    3. Click on ADD QUESTION 

    4. Enter the question. It is possible to add no more than 4 questions. 

    5. Add answer choices. It is possible to add no more than 4 answers. 

    6. Mark correct answer and SAVE


Also for this option it is available to set up automatic notification to the candidate about the rejection of the application. If the checkbox is marked, the candidate will receive a rejection email when applying.


Candidate will see the Pre-screen form after he clicks on Apply button on Job Board 

 If the candidate’s answer was correct, his application will be accepted and he will appear in the list of candidates with APPLICATION status 

9.2 If the candidate’s answer was wrong, his application will be not accepted and he will appear in the list of candidates with REJECTED status. However, the Manager can see candidate's answers in application card, and move this candidate to PROSPECT.
