To assign an On-demand interview through Greenhouse you need to perform the following steps:

To start go to Teams section - Integrations setting tab - And select ON-DEMAND as Interview type.

  1. Create Job Post 

  2. Create Question set 


  3. Attach Question Set to Job Post (this step is important - jobs without question set will not be available in Greenhouse)

  4. Go to Greenhouse app and select the Candidate

  5. Select Easyhire.me stage and click on Send Test 


  6. Select Test from dropdown menu (Test names must begin with "Job:JobPostTitle") 
  7. Select Who should grade it. This manager will be assigned as Interviewer and click on Send Test. The Candidate will receive invitation e-mail.
  8. You can Edit interview in Pending list on Easyhire.me 

  9. After the candidate passes the interview, the Responsible user - Interviewer will receive an e-mail notification and can grade the interview.

  10. Grades of the interview will be displayed in the candidate's card, typically within 10 minutes.


  11. To watch interview open Interview kit. Select EasyHire.me stage and click on Easyhire 

  12. Click on View Report and you will be redirected to Easyhire.me Playback room
