To assign an On-demand interview through Greenhouse you need to perform the following steps:
To start go to Teams section - Integrations setting tab - And select LIVE as Interview type.
- Create Job Post
Create Question set
Attach Question Set to Job Post (this step is important - jobs without question set will not be available in Greenhouse)
Go to Greenhouse app and select the Candidate
Select Easyhire.me stage and click on Send Test
Select Test from dropdown menu (Test names must begin with "Job:JobPostTitle")
Select Who should grade it. This manager will be assigned as Interviewer and click on Send Test.
Go to Easyhire.me and schedule the interview bu click on FINISH DRAFT
Select Interview Date & Time and click on SAVE . The candidate will receive an invitation to Take Live interview. The Responsible User - Interviewer will receive e-mail-reminder about new interview.
- After the interview is completed, Responsible user will receive e-mail notification to grade the interview. Grades of the interview will be displayed in the candidate's card, typically within 10 minutes.
- To watch interview open Interview kit. Select EasyHire.me stage and click on Easyhire.
Click on View Report and you will be redirected to Easyhire.me Playback room
