It is very important to make the video interview process easy and comfortable for the candidate. Easyhire.me took care of the usability of the platform and in order to make the interview more comfortable for the candidate, we give managers the opportunity to record a video introduction and "Thank you" message for on-demand and assessment interviews. In this article we will explain in more detail how to do it.
You can create new question set or add video introduction to old question set. Open menu and click on Configure button.
Than you can record your own recording or add link from youtube.
The record will be saved in files in the Introduction/Thank you folder and could be used for all question sets.
The candidate will view your video Introduction before the interview begins, this will create a more comfortable atmosphere for the interview.
Add "Thank you" message and thank the candidate for the interview. This message will be available to candidates after the interview.
