ADMIN User role allows HR to manage your team.

Available sections: Dashboard, Interviews, Jobs, Candidates, Teams, Questions and Files

  • View team statistics and generate Interview reports
  • Create, edit, view and close all  Job Post of the Team
  • Add Manager to Job Post
  • Add Observers to Job Post
  • Be Manager or Observer of Job Post
  • Set up Interview to any Team member
  • Edit Interview of any Team member
  • Invite and manage role of Team members
  • View and grade all interviews of the Team
  • Manage Plan's option, payment methods and generate invoice
  • Add and delete all Teams Candidate
  • Cancel, Delete and Extend all Interviews of the Team
  • Restore all archived Interview
  • Manage Team's settings: Integrations, Customization, E-mail Templates
  • View, duplicate and use all question sets of the Team
  • Create and Edit  his/her question sets
  • Add, delete, share and unshare files with Team
  • Change Team and Company name



SUPERVISOR user role allows HR to manage your jobs and setup interviews, can also review/comment/grade all interviews in a team.

  • View statistics for Supervisor's job posts and generate Interview reports
  • View all Job posts in the Team
  • Create, edit, view and close Supervisor's Job Posts
  • Add Observers tо Job Post
  • Be Manager or Observer of Job Post
  • Set up, Edit View and Grade Interview to any Team member for Supervisor's Job Posts
  • Add and delete Candidates for Supervisor Job Posts

  • Create, Edit and  Close his/her own Job Posts
  • Set up, Edit, Cancel and Delete interviews for Manager's Job Posts
  • Create, Edit and Share his/her question sets
  • Add, delete and share with any user files


USER user role allows HR to manage your jobs and setup interviews

Available sections: Interviews, Questions and Files

  • View Job Post for his/here interview and where he/she is Observer
  • Grade his/her Interview 
  • Create, Edit and Share his/her question sets
  • Add, delete and share with any user files
