Control the interview process with the Interview history feature.
The history shows the dates when the candidate received the interview invitation, confirmed the interview, recorded the interview and when the manager graded the Interview. You can find the History on the Interviews page, hover on "i" icon.
New design for the Candidate Profile and Request CV feature
The new design for the profile is more convenient, and UX has been significantly improved. You can view the status of all applications of the candidate and request CV.
Also, You can request a resume from the Edit Job/Candidate page and from the Candidates page.
Active candidate status has been removed.
We removed the "Active" status to improve recruiting flow and at the request of recruiters. All old "Active" candidates have been moved to the "Prospect" status. You can rank candidates, hire and reject.
Added new customer reviews on the landing page
You can find the HR's feedback on Easyhire.me and leave your feedback via a close job survey, using the "Contact us" form on the Landing page or the Feedback form in your Easyhire.me cabinet. Also, feel free to contact us via a 24/7 online support chat.
New e-mail template
The "Assessment interview finished notification for candidate" template has been added. To edit the template go to the Team's section - Email Templates tab.
