EasyHire.me provides basic support for scheduling live interviews currently. HR can select timeslots and propose it to the candidate.
With Calendly, employers would no longer need to propose multiple timeslots or actively manage their calendars. They would be able to leverage many advanced features that Calendly provides, including round-robin scheduling.
To enable EasyHire and Calendly integration, HR should perform the following steps:
1. Create a Pro Calendly.com account
2. Copy Your API Key from the Integrations page
3. Go to Easyhire.me account to Profile settings page - Integration tab
4. Paste Calendly APIKey
Once enabled, Calendly becomes the default option for scheduling Live interviews. Users would still be able to switch to the old method by clicking on a link next to it.
After the Live Interview has been set up Candidate will receive an interview invitation e-mail. If the Candidate clicks the "Accept interview" button, the Easyhire.me user cabinet will be opened and the candidate can select the time slots from HR's calendar.
