The new candidate tracking system allows you to productively guide the candidate from the first contact stage to the hiring stage. 

In this article, we will explain in detail how to effectively work with stages.


Candidates section

This page displays a list of your team's candidates. 

Two interface modes are possible: table and list.

There are two types of candidates:

  • CONTACT: potential candidate is not attached to the job.
  • CANDIDATE: candidate attached to the job. 


The Candidates page is a database of candidates for your team and is designed to search for candidates and view information. For detailed work with candidates, open the list of candidates on the job page.

2. Select the job and click on the Candidates number

In this section, the manager works with the data of the candidate for the selected job. Below is a simple map of stages and actions.
