If a link to the interview playback has been shared with you, but when you open the page the playback does not open and you see a message that the playback is unavailable, you need to check which team you are in.
To do this, open the menu in the top left corner of the page and click on Teams.
Open the team selection menu and change the team, try to open the playback link again.
