Autogeneration of vacancy text using AI
It is now possible to generate a job text on the platform in 1 second using a non-network. The feature is available for all plans, including the free plan.
Just enter the job title, click on the Generate button and AI will create an interesting and attractive job description.
Disabling auto-refresh of the candidate list
To make it easy for different team members to access the platform at the same time, we have stopped auto-updating the candidate list in the candidate section. Now you will be notified about changes in the list and can refresh the page when it is convenient for you.
Added new template "Onsite Interview confirmation" to the email template library
On the platform HR Manager can edit any email template that will be sent to the candidate, for this purpose in the job settings, on the Email Templates tab you need to select a template, choose the language of the email and make changes to the template.
Added information about who added candidate to the candidate card
All team members will be able to see who added the candidate to the vacancy, in case the candidate was added by the HR Manager the manager's name will be written at the bottom of the card
If a candidate has found a vacancy on the job board and applied for it themselves, their card will be marked with the text "Job Board"
Updates to the design of the survey for managers
After the Job closes we ask for your honest opinion about your experience with the platform, you can skip the survey. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. It is our users' feedback that inspires us to make updates and changes to the platform.
A column with deadline for candidates has been added to the list of jobs
Following a request from one of our HR team, we have added information about the deadline date for accepting applications from candidates. You can sort jobs by the deadline.
Added the ability for a manager to delete an interview within 30 days of deletion
If you or another team member has mistakenly deleted a candidate's interview by mistake you can restore the playback on the interview page by clicking on the "restore" button.
The candidate is copied to another vacancy along with the CV
Following a request from one of the teams, we have added an option to copy the candidate to job vacancy along with the CV.
Updated design for notifications
We are trying to make the interface of the platform friendlier and more pleasant. If you try to invite a user with a candidate account to the team you will see an error message.
Improvement of the Application constructor form settings
With our platform, you can easily customise the collection of applications from candidates.
Throughout the half year, our development team has been working hard to improve the platform. The set of updates included many more tasks aimed at speeding up page loading, improving data transfer, and optimising platform processes.
