There are several reasons for not receiving the invitation by email:
- You tested the platform and sent the interview to yourself at the same address you used to sign up. In this case, the platform determines that there is no reason to notify you, as the interview was scheduled for yourself. The interview will appear on the Interview page and you will be able to complete it by clicking on the "Take interview" button.
- The candidate had previously disabled email notifications on his account. In this case, contact the candidate by other available ways or contact support via support chat or email sales@easyhire.me
- The candidate's email is not correct.
- The email went into the spam folder
You may always check the list of sent e-mails in your HR manager's personal cabinet in the Email section.
