A good experience is to have a practice interview so that candidates feel confident and not be stressed due to new experiences. During a practice interview, the candidate will be able to get investigated the EasyHire system, adjust his background for a more presentable look, understand the process of passing the interview.
In order to allow candidates to take a free practice interview, the Manager should add the "Practice Interview for Candidates" option to their plan.
A practice interview block with instructions will be added to an On-demand interview invitation. Candidate can select free practice from a practice interview list.
